We look after tenancy repairs, jobs between tenants and getting a property ready to list. Send through your work order or vacate list and we will visit the property and quote the job. We do not do structural repairs, or electrical, plumbing, drainage or gas work. We will let you know at the quote if a job needs another trade.

What sort of jobs do you get called out for?

Doors that stick or will not latch, sliding door rollers and track repairs, window winders and stay repairs, torn flyscreens, tile and grout repairs, damaged skirting and architraves, cabinet doors and drawer runner repairs, fence palings and dropped gates.

Can you do several jobs at one property in one visit?

Yes, and it keeps the cost down. If a job needs a part ordered, we will let you know at the quote.

Who turns up?

George. He quotes the job and does the work himself, so it is the same person every time.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, we are fully insured and can send a certificate for your files.
