We look after all general commercial property repairs and maintenance jobs: dropped gates, failed door closers, damaged bin enclosures, loose handrails and door hardware that has stopped working.

We do not do structural repairs, or electrical, plumbing, drainage or gas work. We will let you know at the quote if a job needs another trade.

What sort of commercial property jobs is this for?

Dropped gates, access hardware and door closers, letterbox banks, handrails and stair fixtures, bollards and wheel stops, fence panels and items from a defect list. We do not do electrical, plumbing, drainage, gas, fire or termite work, but we can put you onto the trades we use.

Can you do a gate repair or replacement?

Yes, we do both repairs and replacements. We can even design and fabricate a new item for you if needed.

Do you quote per job?

Per job.

Can you make common property safe after storm or vandalism?

Yes. We can secure anything that will not close and make safe after storm or impact damage. If it turns out to be structural or roof work, we will let you know and refer you on.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, we are fully insured and can provide a certificate for your records.
