Questions we get asked
The gate is dragging on the driveway. Is that the hinges?
On a swing gate it is usually the top hinge or the post. On a sliding gate it is generally an issue with the tracks or rollers. It is best to stop using the motor until it is fixed, as a dragging gate can cause more damage.
We have a committee approval process. Can you work with that?
Yes. We can set out the quote, what is not included and the price clearly.
Can you make it safe today and repair it properly later?
At times, yes. What we can do is look at the job and give you advice on what's needed.
Do I need special hinges and door closers for my commercial door?
Yes. Hinges and door closers used in households will not withstand the use that a commercial door will need.
My door keeps slamming closed, can you adjust the automatic door closer or does it need to be replaced?
At times, the door closer can be readjusted, however if it is damaged or worn out it will need to be replaced.
